    Pregnancy is a time of physical and emotional transformation and a period of heightened self-awareness. Our prenatal yoga classes are carefully designed to provide a safe and therapeutic space for all parents-to-be, irrespective of their prior yoga experience. We offer a gentle blend of pregnancy-friendly yoga poses, focused breathing techniques, and deep relaxation to support and nourish you during this special time. Our inclusive community warmly embraces the diverse experiences of parenthood, creating a supportive and empowering environment where we can learn from and uplift one another. All you need is comfortable clothes and a water bottle. We provide mats but feel free to bring your own.

  • Postnatal Yoga and Baby

    Our postnatal yoga classes provide an opportunity to stretch, restore balance, and relieve tension. The classes focus on mindful breathing and yoga poses to strengthen the abdomen and pelvic floor and, most importantly, rejuvenate your energy. It's a nurturing practice encouraging postural awareness and supporting inner pelvic health, leaving you feeling revitalized and ready to take on the day.

    The class is suitable for parents at least 6 weeks post-birth or 8 weeks after a C-section and is open to all pre-crawling infants. Rest assured, our experienced instructors will guide you through the practice, ensuring your safety and comfort.

  • Postnatal Pilates and Baby

    Our Postnatal Mat Pilates classes are designed to strengthen your body, improve posture, and promote alignment. They are perfect for new parents looking to reconnect with their bodies after pregnancy. Our sessions will also help with common postnatal issues such as lower back pain, shoulder tightness, and neck tension. We’ll engage deep core muscles and the pelvic floor while incorporating gentle stretching.

    The class is suitable for parents at least 6 weeks post-birth or 8 weeks after a C-section and is open to all pre-crawling infants. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the practice.

  • You must be at least 12 weeks to attend our Pregnancy Classes.

  • We don't keep extra supplies (nappies, wipes, milk), so please ensure you have enough.

  • All mats and props will be provided for you but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

  • Our classes are super laid-back and chilled. Most babies have a wee cry or need feeding or changing during class, so make yourselves at home. We’ve had 8 babies crying all at once during one class, and we just laughed and carried on as best we could. The doors will be left open if you need to go/use toilets/etc.

  • Prams are to be left in the corridor. Feel free to bring a car seat to the studio if the baby is sleeping.

  • Cold water and tea are provided in the studio. Urban Office Cafe is open on the ground floor with a seating area, serving coffee, pastries, soups and sandwiches. Its great! Press 0 then 6666 enter to get into the main door.

  • We enjoy seeing your photos in the studio! However, please be considerate when taking photos, as other parents may not want pictures of their babies in the background.

  • Our classes are up to crawling age only. This is due to the electronics and valuable things lights lamps, fans and heavy equipment in the studio that are off-limits for safety reasons.

By participating in our postnatal class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I understand that I am responsible for the care and supervision of my baby during class.

  2. I acknowledge that the instructor, RY Studios Ltd, and Logan Factoring will not be held accountable for any injuries, accidents, or other consequences that may arise during or as a result of my participation in this class.

  3. I accept full responsibility for any risks associated with attending this class, including but not limited to physical injury to myself or my baby, property damage, or other unforeseen events.

  4. At this moment, I release, waive, and discharge the instructor, RY Studios Ltd, and Logan Factoring from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this postnatal class.

Attending this class affirms that I have read and fully understand this liability waiver and agree to its terms. There will be a box to tick on booking.
