  • We use a different entrance to the building. It is situated to the right of the main door, just behind the bike stand and up the ramp. Look for our signs.

Please check your confirmation email for the door code.

DO NOT USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE unless you cannot use the stairs.

  • We have everything you need in the studio. Wear comfortable clothes and your favourite water bottle.

  • We recommend starting with beginner-friendly classes such as Yoga, Chill, and Yin. This will help you learn the basics and become more confident in your preferred style of Yoga. All our teachers welcome beginners, so let them know upon entering the class. Avoid any intermediate classes and Vinyasa until you are ready.

  • We have studio mats you can borrow for free.

  • You can now accept or decline a class spot from the waitlist.

When a spot opens in a fully booked class, we will text the first person on the waitlist. They have 30 minutes to accept or decline. If declined or missed, the spot goes to the next person.

If you don’t have a number on your Reset account, you'll be emailed. We recommend adding your number to avoid missing classes.

The waitlist closes 60 minutes before class starts, and no one is contacted after this time.

Waitlist bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • We have lockers on the stairwell free of charge to use. Unisex toilets and one shower (please bring your own towel and body wash). There are no changing rooms.

There is a social area where you can fill up water or stay a while if too early for class.

  • Parking is free to all students

Reformer FAQs

  • Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a machine called a Reformer. It uses a system of springs, pulleys, and a moving carriage to provide resistance and support, helping improve strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability.

  • Not at all. Our Reformer Essentials classes are designed for those new to the Reformer, offering a guided introduction to the equipment and foundational movements. However, if you're entirely new to Pilates, we recommend first trying a few of these classes to get familiar with the basics.

  • Reformer
Experience a dynamic, low-impact workout designed to build strength, stability, and flexibility using the Pilates reformer. The resistance-based movements engage deeper muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall body control.

Each session emphasises fluid, controlled movements that challenge your core, strengthen your entire body, and improve mobility while remaining gentle on the joints. In our small group setting, with only five reformers per class, you will receive personalised guidance, more attention and extra support.

    Suitable for all levels.

*Please note that you must have either used a reformer machine or taken an Essentials class with us in order to join this class. You will be prompted during the booking process.

    Reformer Essentials
Are you new to Reformer Pilates? Or want to fine-tune your technique? Essentials is the perfect place to start.

This class is designed to help you build confidence on the reformer while focusing on alignment, core engagement, and controlled movement. You’ll learn how to move with strength and stability, with the reformer offering the right balance of support and challenge as you go.

Expect a calm, welcoming environment where you can take your time, ask questions, and get comfortable with the equipment—all while developing the foundations of a strong Pilates practice.

    Suitable for Beginners.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Avoid overly loose or hanging clothing, as it can get caught in the machine. For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required. You can purchase these in the studio on your Momence account.

  • We are proud to be fully equipped with Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers - the industry gold standard - setting a new standard for your movement practice. We’re the only studio offering group classes with all Allegro 2 Reformers.

  • For best results, we recommend 2-3 classes per week. However, even once a week can make a noticeable difference in your strength, mobility, and posture.

  • We require 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in losing a class credit or being charged £5.

  • We are excited to announce that pre- and postnatal Reformer classes will soon be available. These classes will be tailored specifically for those expecting or recently giving birth.

Please note that Reformer or mat Pilates is generally not recommended for pregnant individuals, but our pre- and postnatal Reformer classes will be designed for your needs. Stay tuned for more information!
