Jules, our high vibes adventure gal. You’ll catch her with the best tunes, up a mountain snowboarding, or genuinely seeking out the next fun event. Her soulful enthusiasm for life is contagious; you’ll definitely feel inspired yet calm by her stories and experiences. We love ya!
How do you find balance?
Balance is everything in moderation, the yin, and the yang. I've learned that you don't have to be one thing or another. I live a busy life, and I like to let loose, but I also love the outdoors and carve downtime and alone time wherever possible. I know the things that nourish me, and I know when to seek them.
What helps you renew?
I head to a very special place called Loch Lomond, it's where I feel the most grounded. It's my home and where the beauty never fades. I always feel refreshed and grateful just by being there, especially if I chuck myself in the loch ... bloody baltic but oh so good.
What can we expect from your classes?
I just want you to feel good. I like to create a soulful experience with movement and music that's accessible to everyone, no matter what's going on with your body. I want you to feel comfortable and strong in class. I hope you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
