Beginners Reformer Pilates
4 Week Course

Are you new to the Reformer Pilates? This 4 week course is designed to build your confidence, strength, and understanding of the reformer. Across four classes, we’ll cover the foundational principles, introduce key exercises, and gradually explore some intermediate movements - so you feel the burn in all the right places!

Reformer Pilates is an incredible way to improve movement patterns, strengthen deep stabiliser muscles, and support overall mobility. By building strength with control and mindfulness, you can help prevent injury, support your lower back, and create more space in the body.

Each week will have a dedicated focus, covering the whole body, legs and glutes, arms, and core to ensure a well-rounded introduction to the reformer. Whether you’re brand new or in the early stages of your reformer journey, this course is the perfect way to start.
